Horse Sales
At Meliora Stables, we believe that integrity and honesty must be paramount in the purchase or sale of a horse or pony.
Therefore, we will never misrepresent the soundness or performance of our horses. We will always strive to find the
perfect equine partner for each client. For the buyers protection, we strongly recommend that a pre-purchase veterinary
examination is performed on all transactions. Short trial periods are available on most of our sale horses. We have
contacts throughout Florida as well as the Northeast and Europe, and have information on many other horses that are not

the next big "A" competitor, a local campaigner, or a green prospect to train we look forward to helping you find your

Lease Options
Our lease program is designed to give the rider a leg up in their riding by offering more time in the saddle the most other
"Lesson Programs". It also provides a connection with one horse as opposed to riding whomever is available. Our leases are
on a month to month basis, and we are responsible for all vet and farrier bills. You are responsible for finding the time and
providing the commitment to create a lasting bond with your equine partner. We have three lease options available:
- ¼ Lease ($ 275): Includes 1 lesson (45 min) and 1 practice ride (30 min) per week. Perfect for the rider
that can ride unsupervised to practice lesson homework.
- ½ Lease ($ 375): Includes 1 lesson (45 min) and 2 practice rides (30 min) per week. Allows more riding time,
and one-on-one time with your horse.
- Full Lease ($ 750): Includes 1 lesson (45 min) and 5 practice rides (30 min) per week. This lease is desiged to give
the experience of owning a horse without all of the financial responsibility. Targetd for riders wanting to "try" horse ownership
prior to jumping in.
