Our 16 stall facility was constructed with both equine and human comfort in mind.

For the horses:

• 12x12 box stall with stall skins

• Daily turn out on grass(weather permitting)
• Daily stall muck & afternoon stall pick
• Dust free bagged shavings
• Quality T/A hay 3X daily
• Daily electrolyte & flax supplements
• Weekly metamucil treatments for sand build up
• 6 week worming treatments (wormer included)
• Oversized window in stall
• Automatic waterers drained & cleaned daily

For the humans:

• Air conditioned rider lounge with couch, full sized refrigerator, and dining table
• Boarder tack room with dehumidifier - helps keep tack mold free
• Beautiful clean boarder bathroom
• 4 concrete wash racks - you'll never have to wait to give a bath!!
• Vet and farrier visits scheduled
• 240' x 130' Jumping arena
• 130' x 80' Grass ring
• Easy riding distance to the Lake Jessup Park trail system
• Four lessons or training rides per month

Grooming Board: - $725 per month

• All of the full board amenities
• Full grooming 5x per week
• Baths as needed
• Basic mane pulling and clipping (medication, if needed, not included)

Maintenance Board: - $900 per month

• All of the grooming board amenities
• 2 rides by trainer per week

Training Board: - $1150 per month

• All of the grooming board amenities
• 5 training sessions per week
