Completed in May 2007, our 16 stall facility is wind rated to 120 MPH and is designed to keep
our equine friends safe and comfortable. The barn features an air conditioned lounge with full
size refrigerator, and a flat screen 27” TV/DVD. We also have a beautiful tack room with a
dehumidifier and a clean bathroom.

We also offer the following boarding options:
- Maintenance Board: - $900 per month

- Maintenance or Training Board + 10% of the final sales price (or $500 whichever is greater)
- All horses sold or leased while boarded at Meliora Stables are required to pay 10% of the sales price to Meliora Stables.
Please understand that there is an increased insurance premium for the barn to allow the trial of sale horses on the property.
We require that all boarders take lessons (or be on Maintenance Board) at our facility. While showing is not required, we do encourage it.
